We have a dedicated team who are on hand ready to help at any stage of your project with any queries or questions you may have. Modulo have a range of doorsets ready for your next project whether you are coming from a retrofit company or projects. Alongside our sister company, Selo, we offer Halo assist which provides you with dedicated project support assisting you from initial concept and specification, through to the final execution.

For retrofit companies, we understand that time is crucial for you so that’s why we can proudly say we can get you your doorset in 7-10 working days. Our short lead times mean you can meet your deadlines without any added stress. It may be fast, but our team will still ensure everything is correct from door leaf sizes, to making sure your door is compliant with the latest fire safety regulations. We are able to offer these short lead times due to the doorsets being simple to manufacture and simple to install. We are known for our adaptable doorset system to accommodate on-site variations, and this also helps speed up the installation process. If you are more projects based, we understand that a thorough design specification is vita and will support you throughout the different stages of a development. For projects, our specialist team will assist contractors with procuring the right doorset for their requirements and ensuring compliance. We will offer meetings to help assist with the initial concept and start to build a plan. This stage helps to ensure that design aspirations can be achieved both aesthetically and construction-wise, and that all compliance requirements are fulfilled. Under Halo Assist, we assess concept designs and provide detailed advice.

Once the concept is complete, we will take you through the specification stage. When a project reaches detail stage, our Halo scheme provides in-depth support in clarifying the project specification, securing the necessary compliance certification, and confirming the cost schedule. When required, we conduct site visits to ensure that all detail is accounted for. Our team will share their knowledge with will align with the RIBA stages 2-5. At this stage as well, we can also bring samples to your offices

Once the order is placed, you will move onto the execution stage and be given a dedicated project manager. Our execution team is built up from project managers to oversee a successful production, logistics to make sure the delivery runs smooth and on time. Not forgetting our site technician to support with any installation questions, they can also offer installation demonstration and an installation inspection, so you have no issues further down the line.
