Internal Doorsets Kit Options
Frame Lining
Blockboard construction (as standard) gives supreme stability and keeps straight making installation so much easier. The frame is a 30mm rebated style shown with pre-cut slots at the rear to take the architraves. Then the integral smoke/acoustic seal in the stop provides a cushioned stop to add to the quality and feeling of solidity.
Architrave Surround
The much-loved winged Modulo architrave is 70mm wide with a 16mm deep profile, pencil radius to the corners and a 20mm wing which is pre-mitred and grooved ready to take Hoffman joints, saving time and waste on site.
Door Leaf
Standard door leafs are made using a blockboard construction. Faced with optional CPL or a RTP (Ready to Paint) finish as standard.
Internal Doorsets Door Options
Moducore BB Doors
Held in stock. Solid timber blockboard core with MDF facings and ABS Edge-banding.
Moducore HC Doors
Honeycomb core with MDF facings, timber sections to perimeter ABS Edge-banding.
Moducore PB Doors
Available to order. Particle board core with CPL/HPL facings, hardwood lippings.
Moducore TC Door
Available to order. Tubular core with MDF facings, timber sections to perimeter ABS Edge-banding.

Lever Handles
Satin stainless steel lever handles. Pre-drilled ready to fit. Handles are delivered separately to avoid damage in transit.
Arched, Arched T-Bar, Return To Door, Straight, Straight Mitred and Straight T-Bar Lever
Indicator Turn
Satin stainless steel indicator turn for bathrooms.
Locks & Latches
DIN Standard Mortice locks and latches to suit any application:
Mortice Sashlock, Mortice Deadlock, Mortice Bathroom Lock, Mortice Latch, Mortice Nightlatch, PAS 24 Multipoint Lock, Heavy Duty Roller Catch
Cylinders
Matching satin stainless steel. Also available with master keys:

7mm Pyrobelite Glass Infill Panel Options. Beading is available in two finishes; Lacquered Oak (used on all finished laminate door leaves) and White Primed (used in RTP door leaves).
Vision Panels (Type B)
200mm(w) x 775mm(h)

Bathroom Doors
Often non-Fire-rated, with options of pull handles and lock with thumb turn only, or a full bathroom lock set with lever handle and thumb turn with indicator.
Bedroom Doors
Fire-rated and non-Fire-rated options typically with a latch and lever handle only.
Cupboard Doors
Fire-rated and non-Fire-rated options depending on what is inside the cupboard. Latching options can vary between roller catch, standard latch and lever and a deadlock. The passive leaf is typically locked in place using a flush bolt.
